- Afterward: your recording.The full day is recorded and sent to you, so the teaching stays with you.
A Gentle Way to Prepare.
- A quiet place. Somewhere you won't be interrupted for the four hours, with a door you can close.
- Headphones, if you have them. They make the guided practices easier to stay inside of.
- Something to write with. Much of what surfaces on a day like this is worth keeping.
- Water, and something warm to drink. The same way you'd settle in at the cafe.
- No preparation of the inner kind. You don't need to read anything or practice anything first. Come as you are.
